Yoga  / Strength Training

Yoga has been added to our schedule; we have morning and evening classes.  Be sure to check out the schedule. There is a new pricing system that will take effect for our fitness program.  You may pay $15 per class or purchase a 10 class punch card  for $120.00.  There is no time frame in which the punch card needs to be used, you can select the times that meet your needs.

Strength Training will build, tone, and condition your muscles. We're not 'pumping iron' but using resistance bands and the latest training techniques to fully develop and optimize your strength, endurance, and power.
