Our Cardio Kickbox/Strength Training program combines the best of aerobics with the self-defense techniques of karate. You get music, energy, and excitement along with punches, kicks, and blocks.

Exercise is the key to enhancing your lifestyle. Shape and tone your body while improving your cardiovascular fitness. The Cardio Kickbox portion of this program works both your upper and lower body for an all-over workout.

During class you'll work out on your own free-standing heavy bag. Using this type of bag gives you a much better, and safer, workout than typical classes where punches and kicks are thrown in the air.

Strength Training will build, tone, and condition your muscles. We're not 'pumping iron' but using resistance bands and the latest training techniques to fully develop and optimize your strength, endurance, and power.
