Our classes are arranged by age and by skill level. Click any of the following links to see the class times available for that age group, or scroll down to see our master list.

Monday  
4:15-5:00 All ranks ages 9-12
5:00-5:45 All ranks ages 7-8
5:45-6:30 All ranks ages 4-6
6:30-7:30 All ranks Adult class
6:30-7:30 Core and more classes
   
Tuesday  
8:45am-9:45am Cardio Kickboxing
11:00am-12:00pm Adult All Ranks
4:15-5:00 All ranks ages 4–6
5:00-5:45 All ranks ages 9-12
5:45-6:30 All ranks ages 7-8
6:30-7:30 Teen Class ages 11-15
   
Wednesday  
4:15-5:00 pm All ranks ages 7-8
5:00-5:30 Little Dragons, ages 3 to 4 1/2
5:45-6:30 9-12 years old (White ~ Red Belts)
6:30-7:15 9-12 years old (Green ~ Junior Black Belts)
7:30-8:30 Adult All Ranks
7:15-8:15 Cardio Kickboxing
   
Thursday  
8:45am-9:45am Cardio Kickboxing
4:15-5:00 pm All ranks ages 4-6
5:00-5:45 All ranks ages 7-8
5:45-6:30 All ranks ages 9-12
6:30-7:30 Teen Class (ages 11-15, all ranks)
7:30-8:30 Adult all Ranks (must be Sandan or 16 yrs old and above)
   
Friday  
4:15-5:00 pm All age fitness friday class
5:00-5:45 Junior Black Belt Prep
5:45-6:30 Junior Black Belt & Jr. Ikkyu
6:30-7:30 Adult all ranks
   
  Note: Friday junior classes are fitness based and not karate based.  They don't count as a regular class, but are an extra class for your children to learn proper technique for abs, squats, push-ups etc. 

On Test Fridays there will be no junior class which means the fitness classes.

8:00-8:45 All ranks ages 9-12
8:45-9:30 All ranks ages 4-6
9:00-10:00 Adult all ranks
9:30-10:15 All ranks ages 7-8 
 
Please check your monthly calendar for Jr. Black belt and brown
belt (12 yrs and under) Saturday sparring class from 10:00-10:45
